Finally the last image of our photo trip 2018, featuring St. Ulrich in South Tyrol.

After driving about 500 kilometers from Pienza to this location we arrived perfectly in time for the sunset.
Sadly the scenery was covered mostly in thick clouds, revealing only from time to time fractions of the impressive mountains in the background.
You will get a good impression of the ever changing conditions if you have a look at the time-lapse i posted on my facebook page:

Since i had really high expectations for this location, including glowing mountain peaks and a planned milky way shot, i am a bit disappointed with the outcome.
The post processing was quite tricky here and it took me a while to figure out how to get the most out the taken exposures.

Outstanding photothis is such a great top view that beautiful lighta of the hilltown can be seen and opposite to that stands out such a majestic mountain with fog amidst its trees ...outstandingly perfecr shot what place is it????
