Location
This photo was taken inside the Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory at Broc, while I was traveling in Switzerland. (Photography is allowed during chocolate factory tour.)Time
The picture was clicked in the evening of 24th May 2015, when we visited the chocolate factory.Lighting
Variety of chocolates made in the factory were on the display for the free unlimited tasting. So, the set up, arrangement and lighting was as it was available indoor by default. Though the light was artificial, the place was well lit.Equipment
While traveling I was carrying my regular camera - Nikon D3200 with Nikkor 18-55mm, f/3.5-5.6G lens. No other equipment was used.Inspiration
It is no surprise that I got inspired to click these beautifully made and well presented chocolates. Photographs are the wonderful experiences and the memories that we can look back to again and again. I like to capture the details and closeups. The round shape of these chocolates, the arrangement and the dark coffee bean shape on the top made it very interesting (and appetizing too). I wanted to show those details so I preferred to click it from the top.Editing
For this photo I did some basic edits like color enhancement, brightness, contrast. In my camera bag
Photography is my hobby. I mostly carry Nikon D3200 camera with Nikkor 18-55mm, f/3.5-5.6G lens and also have Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G lens. I use macro filters while clicking macro pictures.Feedback
For food photographs the camera angle, light and its direction is very important. Simplicity is the key. Closeup is the best way to display and enhance food color, shape and texture.
