Location
The bride is a falconer at the Hawk Conservancy near Andover in Hampshire, UK.Time
It was late afternoon. The bride and groom were allowed to fly several birds of prey as part of their celebrations.Lighting
Natural light with no further additions.Equipment
Canon 5D mkIII with 24-104mm zoom lens.Inspiration
I wanted to capture the bride and groom looking relaxed in the natural environment and comfortable with the birds.Editing
In Lightroom I used the ‘Autumn Vibe’ preset. In my camera bag
Canon 5d MkIII as the main camera, 24-104 L lens, 17-40 L lens and a ‘nifty fifty’. I also have spare batteries, flashgun etc.Feedback
Don’t force a shot let the couple’s natural affinity for each other come through.
