Location
This picture was taken in Wallerfangen, Germany during team-training.Time
It was around 2 P.M., so midday and the sun was high up.Lighting
As i can't really chose when we jump, so i have to make the best out of it! The light wasn't great because it was midday, flat light.Equipment
I used my canon 760D with a Sigma 15mm 2.8, mount on my helmet and trigged with a bite-switch.Inspiration
I just like to fly… and try to capture beautiful moments of human flight :)Editing
Just a little blurring applied to the background and some basic adjustments (whites&blacks, highlights, etc)In my camera bag
As i like to shoot sports and action and i got my fisheye (to get close to the action), a canon 50mm 1.4, a canon 24mm 2.8 and of course a zoom (canon 55-250mm)Feedback
Skydiving can render beautiful pictures. I often got my best skydiving pictures on sunny mornings with a few clouds and blue sky. So my advice would be to get on the first loads of the day when you have blue skies and a few clouds. Of course location, aka background, is important! Jumping over lakes/sea, next to mountains, along the coast, etc can make your picture stand out!
