I love this photo. Being raised and still living in tornado alley, hope to never witness such an occurrence this close. Nor any children. Amazing photo! & love your title to it.

I don't know what I should say this picture is just magic. It sends such a strong message and it's incredibly motivating to stay strong no matter what will happen.
For me it's one of the best photos here and I'm really looking forward to more from your incredibly work!!

Location
This photo was taken in Grayslake, Illinois. It was in between cornfields at the entrance of a very small air field, Cambell Airport.Time
This was taken between 6-7p near sun down in the month of September of 2015.Lighting
I shot this facing west which meant the sun was slightly shooting back at me. I used a speedlite to light up my subject.Equipment
This was shot with a Nikon D810, using a pixel x800n speedlight off camera on a manfroto tripod.Inspiration
I've been through many changes in my life that have affected me in ways that I really needed to find myself again as a person. I took the jump to strictly do photography as a business just a few years ago. Taking that leap and risk to do only what I love to do can be tough at times, financially & mentally. It takes time to get where you need to be and it takes a lot of work to show and prove you have what it takes to stand out! This image shows that exact feeling that I have and am going through. I had this image in my head when I heard that Milan (model) wanted to do a photoshoot for her 6th birthday. So we did and I was able to catch this perfect shot of Milan facing towards the long road. Never give up on your dreams!Editing
I do most of my post processing in Lightroom and photoshop here & there. In my camera bag
I carry around a pelican case with my Nikon d810, Nikon 70-200 f2.8, 50mm f1.8, 35mm f1.8, two speedlights, lots of memory cards, extra batteries, chargers & cleaning accessories.Feedback
I believe that when you truly enjoy and love something, especially photography, you start to find your creativeness through emotion and through your own eyes. Only you as the photographer can build that and imagine it first. Only you know what your end product can become. Get out of your comfort zone, step on that edge & break a little of the rules... Just have fun and don't lose your creative mind by doing only the basics!
