This is a wonderful capture. The expression of sadness on the boy's face tugs at your heart. You know what he is feeling. Magnificent!

The pup on the left is he or she a mini Australian Shepard? I love them. What a fabulous photo

Location
This photo was taken at a friend's home at the end of my photoshoot of these Incredibles :)Time
It was late afternoon.Lighting
Nothing special. They sit on the table which was on the edge of the barn. So only natural light was used there.Equipment
For this picture was used my old mate Canon 5D II with my favorite lens 24-70mm/2.8 first generation.Inspiration
Nothing :) I'm not used to be inspired. I am just catching the life as I see it. I noticed Marecek on this table with one of these dogs. His mother has the breeding station for Australian Shephard and this was the last day when all puppies were together. So I saw Mare?ek with one of the dog and it seemed as he told him goodbye. So I just added one more dog and waited for the right moment.Editing
Yes I did. But as always. Only basic post-processing in LR with using one of VSCO preset. In my camera bag
Normally I have my newer buddy in my bag now the Canon 5D III with his mates 24-70mm/2.8 first generation, 70-200mm/2.8 and 17-40mm/2.8 (sometimes 100mm/2.8). All lenses are from Canon.Feedback
Keep your eyes and heart open. The photography isn't just about the eyes and type of camera.
