Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken in my studio here in chicago

Time

this was taken around 2 in the afernoon.

Lighting

since the focus was on his hands i really wanted them t stand out and i wanted him to apear as a dark figgure in the background. i feel like the lighting realy helps tell this story about somene reaching ut fr help but at the same time being help back by there innor demons.

Equipment

i use a canon 5dsr with a 24-70 mm lens and a profoto d2 light

Inspiration

i really wanted to show in a simple way the idea of someone who is struging with there inner self

Editing

i brought out more clarity and detail in his hand and made sure to make his body darker

In my camera bag

i nomaly just have my camera and my lens and thats about it

make sure yur focus in on point and remember that its about telling a story not just about taking a picture
