This Little Bee Eater (Merops pusillus) entertained my camera by posing on the branch right in front of us, darting out regularly to grab a bee (or whatever) out of the air. They’re incredibly fast! The Little Bee Eater is (relatively) common to southern Africa. I photographed this one in Botswana.
