You capture the relentless grandiose of nature that further helps reveal the stark reality of what we are losing from being careless over the issue of climate change.

Location
This photo was taken outside of the island of Hamnøy, Norway.Time
This was around 10am which was around sunrise at the time in Norway.Lighting
This was maybe the first hour or so after the sun rose. All morning it had been snowing hard and finally it cleared up in time for me to take a photo.Equipment
I used a Sony A7rii with my 16-35GM 2.8. I also used a tripod.Inspiration
I took this pictures to share the view I got to see that everyone I know didn’t have the chance to see for themselves. I had the opportunity to go to this beautiful place and wanted everyone to see how beautiful Norway could be in the winter!Editing
Honestly I didn’t do a ton of post processing. I really only brought down some highlights and brought up some shadows. In my camera bag
In my bag I usually have a my Sony A7rii, 16-35 2.8, 70-200 2.8, Sony a6000 as a backup camera, external battery pack, lens wipes, sensor cleaners, ND Filters, an Intervolmontior.Feedback
Make sure that you bring a decent sized tripod.. When I was in Norway the wind was howling! I took many pictures until one was completely in focus because my tripod kept moving. I always try to pack as light as possible when I travel. But a tripod that’s a little more stable is well worth the extra weight!
