Location
This was taken on my front porch.Time
It was in the morning when the light was just right.Lighting
The sunlight had not touched my porch yet but it was daylight.Equipment
I just used my camera and my macro lens and waited.Inspiration
I had gone outside for something and upon coming back to the porch is when I saw the spider. It was beautiful and was so still like it wanted me to take a picture of it. The different colors and stripes made me want to take a picture and hopefully it would come out right. I just loved it and the web and it just made me want to capture the scene.Editing
Nope I left it alone, what you see in the picture is what I saw on my porch. In my camera bag
I always have a multiple of lenses and a few battery packs so I never am out of power. I have my flash for my camera just in case. I always have wipes and the likes to clean the cameras. Sometimes I carry more than one camera depending on where I am going.Feedback
Patience is key when you want to capture something of this size and you don't want to scare it away. Make sure you have the right setting and lens for you could end up with something blurry or just not something you can use. Enjoy the moment. I sat on my porch for a good 15-20 minutes just wanting to capture but yet enjoy the time I was having. If you are not enjoying the scene to me it seems just half done.
