Behind The Lens

Location

This shot was taken in a little out of the way place in Maine called Bailey's Island.

Time

We were going to dinner at the restaurant there and looked out over the cove to see this magnificent sunset

Lighting

I shot with one stop underexposure to enhance the beautiful glow

Equipment

Shot with my Olympus OMD EM-1 handheld..

Inspiration

It doesnt take an awful lot to be inspired to shoot photos in Maine, and this sunset was no exception.

Editing

All that was done in post-processing was to lift contrast one stop and reduce the gamma 2 stops..to make it pop.

In my camera bag

Olympus OMD EM-1 , 50mm 1.2, 4-45mm, 40-150mm, and 140-600mm , circular polarizer ,Manfroto tripod
