This Wedding photo was taken at Valdemar's Castle in Denmark. It was hugely exciting and very magical. It was my first wedding photography on this castle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And there was fortunately not many other guests this special day. We were so fortunate as to be. And the wedding couple was (of course) ecstatic of happiness.Time
It was in the afternoon after their wedding ceremony. It was Saturday 26th March 2016. The day before Easter Sunday.Lighting
A nice explanation on her lighting from Sussi: It was a day filled with sunshine. But we had to take advantage of the beautiful scenery - Inside Valdemar's Castle. So I was a little curious as to see how dark there was, in the different rooms. Fortunately, it went really well.Equipment
That was shoot in Canon 6D with a tamron lens SP 24-70mm and I think that I used flash. But I can't remember...Inspiration
Four months before, I had won another award with a different married couple! The bride's Veil blowing in the wind. We would like to do something with speed on/ motion. And I love the perfect way she swings her arm with the dress around. The photo was taken in the perfect moment. And I'm a fan of the way you can look through the transparent fabric. And last but not least; the checkered floor.Editing
Yes, I certainly think that this image looked the best in black and white...In my camera bag
My Canon 6D and two different Tamron lenses. (and always my reflector screen)Feedback
