Location
At the Gare Centrale, Luxembourg centre. It is the gateway between the platforms still in constructionTime
In the late afternoon, which provides the nice shadows.Lighting
All natural with extra reflections in the acrylic glass.Equipment
My trustworthy D4 and a Sigma 24-35. I never carry a tripod on a train ???? ????.Inspiration
I find the central station and surrounding area very inspiring in the ever changing light, crowds etc. Here I particularly liked the shadows and the momentary absence of the big crowd.Editing
Levels, contrast,-&bt; Exposure 6 and applied one of my own settings with a feel of orange filter and Orwo 50.In my camera bag
When I go to town I usually take the D4 , 18mm , this 24-35 and the 85 1.4. If I go into mature this changes to Macro 189 2.8 and the 300mm or 200-500 depending on lightFeedback
Don't forget to take your time to wait for the right amount of light and stream of passengers.
