This monastery is a magnificent piece of architecture. I took a picture from the same angle but left it in color. Now I must say that your B&W version is much more dramatic! Love it!

The Monastery of Alcobaça is one of my favorite spots,in Portugal, and i have several photos taken there, but yours is superband does justice to the austere beautyof the place. Great shot. Congratulations
