I took this picture at my family's house in South of France, in the super small city called Montesquieu-Volvestre. I had this idea of putting glitter on glasses for a while. So when I finally got home for holidays it was one of the first things I did, using my sister as a model.Time
It was during this super warm summer day, when you hide in the house during the heat hours, so sometime in between 11am and 4pm.Lighting
The lightning is 100% natural, my sister and I were standing in the dark corridor and the light was coming from a window.Equipment
I always use Nikon D800 with Nikkor 50mm 1/4 lensInspiration
I had this pink glitter for a while, my dear friend photographer Ines Rehberger send it to me as a gift and I wanted to create something special with it. I really like this French song by Edith Piaf "La Vie En Rose" (life in pink), so I thought that wearing glasses full of pink glitter will transcribe it perfectly.Editing
I used Photoshop but very lightly to emphasize the color and removed few skin flaws. In my camera bag
I actually have only my Nikon D800 camera with 50mm lens in my bag, nothing else.Feedback
Playing with glitter is always super fun, you can use it on anything and try different colors, sunlight makes it shine even more !
