Dear Daisy: Thanks for commenting. This is a special Ferris wheel. It was never used. The week it was constructed at a new amusement park was at the time Nuclear Reactor #4 at Chernobyl exploded, the town of 50,000 was evacuated and they never returned. Great shop of a ghostly image. :) :)

Dear Lizzie: It was quite a thrill to visit Chernobyl. I could never have imagined what it was like without seeing it first hand. This Ferry Wheel was under construction the week Reactor #4 exploded, the town of 50,000 was evacuated within 2-days and Ferris Wheel never used, but it stands there as a testament to things gone haywire. Thanks for noticing! I love Ferris Wheels! :)
