I don't understand why such a wonderful photo still doesn't have a huge bunch of likes and awards! Amazing shot!

Location
In the, most probably, most photographed waterfall in the world... Skógafoss.Time
I do not recall the exact time, but ND filters were not used hence to make the long exposure needed to be a bit dark already. I'd say early eveningLighting
Not really... It's all with natural light on an early evening of a rainy and cold dayEquipment
This was shot on a Canon 7D Mark II with a Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens mounted. Tripod was in place too.Inspiration
Every photographer, or photography lover, has looked into Iceland's images. And Skógafoss is certainly one of the most famous spots for photography... Hence, before having the opportunity of being close to such beauty I had seen tons os photos of it. Tried to make something different out of itEditing
After turning it into black and white, reduced the contrast (to avoid loosing the grey scale). Gave a bit of sharpening and added vignetteIn my camera bag
I only use one camera which for the time being is a Canon 7D Mark II. On it there's normally a Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens mounted. On my bag I carry 2 extra lenses - normally a wide angle (Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM Lens) and a telephoto (Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6L IS USM) lens. Depending on session the telephoto is quite often exchanged by another prime (Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM). There's always a spare battery and a spare SD card in the bag. Depending on the time and trip I might also bring the tripod.Feedback
