I love the way this picture looks. How did you manage it to seem like the people are barely there? I am new to photography and trying hard to learn different techniques

This photo is a long exposure. So i f the people are in the photo & they move this is what happens. For me I was just trying it out to see how it would look I wasn't expecting them to move while I was taking the photo.
