My 1988 slide of the Grand Canyon was originally scanned poorly so that the resulting .tif file had odd artifacts and was not usable in a traditional sense. So, what to do? I ran the tif file twice through Topaz AI, enlarging the file. The distortions from the tif took on an oil painting quality. I ran that file through Waterlogue to add a slight watercolor effect and blended the two layers in Photoshop CC. The result is a bit surreal, so I've titled it "Van Gogh Visits the Grand Canyon".
