Behind The Lens

Location

Taken at Mick Payton Studios at one of many Model shoots all varied types

Time

Sunday morning at 11:06 after a long drive to the studio early start at 10:00 and strait into it

Lighting

I like low lighting this shoot was achieved with model light side lit and flash at low setting

Equipment

shot with Canon r6 and a 85mm samyang lens, a great lens well priced

Inspiration

i was trying different poses and angles from the light and hey presto this shot appeared not all good shots are planned so i try not to be ridged in the thought process

Editing

none really just change to B&W and a little contrast in PS

In my camera bag

On model shoot always the 85mm, but also a 50mm prime lens and a Tamron 70-200mm this covers me for most things

Feedback

Play around with lighting until you get the look you want , try different angles and lighting and flash strength, once you get the desired result remember the settings then work from there
