Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at Mick Payton studio which was in Walsall at the time , it was a full day shoot with a small number of photographers

Time

This was around mid day during the summer this was indoors on the stairs

Lighting

Taken indoors using natural light the sunlight was not coming directly through window, the light coloured walls reflected just the right amount of light to soften it

Equipment

Camera was a Canon D70, hand held, with a Tamron lens 17-50mm F2.8, ISO 100 @ F4.5

Inspiration

I was exploring the different types of light and reflected light in different area's of the house and different angles and poses

Editing

none strait out he camera

In my camera bag

I now have a Canon R6 , i always take my Tamron 17-250mm , Canon Prime 50mm Taron 90mm Macro and will be adding a 80mm F2.8 soon

Feedback

Always experiment with the light and different setting its never perfect first shot so keep at it
