ood Friday at Noosa Heads. I just love this place. Around the corner from one of my favourite beaches Noosa Beach. I love it because it is in a bay, so we don't get the masses of large waves. You just pass one wave and just float. Floating away the stresses. This sunset reminds me of that. So many times I miss a gorgeous sunset because I haven't got my camera with me, and iPhones just don't give you this result. I just love sunsets when it gives you the orange, yellow, magenta, purple and blue. Long exposure photo, giving that dreamy, ethereal effect of moving clouds and water. I just wish the rest of the night went this good. Just as the intensity of these beautiful colours came in, thick dark clouds above me came and the heavy rain stated. I had to rush to pack my camera away in my waterproof backpack, didn't get a chance to pack my tripod so had to make a quick dash, not easy in the dark up the rocks, and rock-steps, one was a bit too high and I couldn't get up, and fell back into the mud! Had to drive back from Noosa to south of Brisbane in drenched, muddy jeans. Luckily I have heated seats, so put them on full
