This was interesting watching this form. Doing my washing up and was filling the sink. The bottom left corner of the picture is a stack of 5 plates one on top of the other. There was an air gap between the top two plates and as the water in the sink filled up, a bubble was fired out to the right, which followed with many more bubbles forming until you see this result.
