Behind The Lens

Location

Taken at Laleham near Staines upon Thames Surrey. River Thames taken at around 9pm on an August evening

Time

Taken around 9pm on an August evening in British Summer Time

Lighting

I had a slightly orange gradient tint lens screwed on the Canon 18-55mm lens,

Equipment

Canon EOS 2000DSLR Camera with a Canon 18-55mm lens and gradient orange screw-on lens

Inspiration

Just the undeniable beauty of the Swans coupled to the time of day, the sunset and the water.

Editing

Sharpened the image slightly and increased its size a small amount

In my camera bag

Canon DSLR camera, a Canon 18-55mm lens, a Canon 75-300mm lens, telescopic tripod, a selection of coloured filters and spare batteries

Feedback

Patience mainly as this shot came from that. I had been walking for a couple of hours along the river bank, and then suddenly this chance came in an instant.
