Location
Preah Viihear Temple complex Cambodia.Time
Sun is already brutal, so around noon. Feel the cool walls of the buildingLighting
I like the contrast of the hot sun, stark light and the beauty of the walls. These sun light is kind of playing peek a boo with it.Equipment
Nikon D750, 28-120 lensInspiration
I have travelled extensively in Cambodia. One last stop was the Preah Vihear Temple on the border with Thailand, just cleared of most landmines left by Khmer Rouge. The temple complex is old and I can get lost in its history. That is what made me shoot this picture. It draws me in to the history and at the same time the light is now.Editing
Just adjusting shadows a little bit and removing an annoying shield. In my camera bag

Wait till you feel the connection with an old building.
