Location
I took this photo in the town of l'Isle sur la Sorgue in the South of France. The town is crossed by the river Sorgue through several canals.Time
The photo was taken in the late afternoon. It was not yet the golden hour but the light was definitely coming down.Lighting
It was a sunny summer day so light wasn't much of an issue but I still waited for the sun to come down a bit to allow more contrasts in the reflectionEquipment
I used my Nikon D3500 with a 18-55 lensInspiration
I love taking pictures with reflections on water or on buildings. Here I also liked the fact that the water was not perfectly still which added the blurry effect on the reflection.Editing
This is straight out of the cameraIn my camera bag
I always bring my camera with two lenses, the 18-55 and the 70-300Feedback
I would recommend to keep your eyes open for a good subject while wandering in this town. To get good lighting I would also recommend coming in the morning when it can be foggy and add a particular atmosphere to the photo or during the golden hour.
