Behind The Lens

Location

Falls Park. Pendleton, IN

Time

Morning

Lighting

Long exposure with an ND filter. I wanted the darks to be really dark while still exposing the snow properly

Equipment

Olympus e510 camera with a 40-150 lens

Inspiration

I had actually been planning this shot for quite a while but the snow wasn’t right the first few times I went out. This time I had to wade through some deep snow to get to this vantage point.

Editing

I don’t think much because I has set this shot up in advance.

In my camera bag

I take what I need to get done what I want to accomplish.

Feedback

Visualize your shot and wait for the perfect conditions if possible.
