Near sunset. For that time of year, I believe sunset would be around 6Lighting
I had turned around and visualized the shot but waited for the moment where the sun would be behind the tree to make the most impact.Equipment
I used my Olympus OMD Em-10 and I believe an adapted OM mount Tamrom 28mm 2.8 manual focus lens.Inspiration
I'm addicted to sunsets and I was so excited to make this shot what I knew it could be. The waiting was difficult, but I only took one shot and it was the right one.Editing
I may have made exposure adjustments but I dont remember doing much work to this at all. I think this might have come out of the camera like this.In my camera bag
I travel light. I normally have only the lenses I need to do what I set out do. I normally only carry more than 2 lenses when I'm somewhere I'm not able to shoot again or often, like on vacation. I always carry an ND filter and Circular PolarizerFeedback
Patience. The sun moves quite a bit in a short time.
