Taken on a patch of wasteland between the derelict harbour castle and the Breakwater in the port town of Holyhead on the Isle of Anglesey off the North Wales Mainland in the UK. This image plays with the " wrong light " to create a natural manipulation producing a photograph that has the film of an aged film image taken on a Summer's Day in tthe bygone days of the 1970's. It's an Unstaged street piece of street photography , caught in the moment , to create a symbolic portrait of urban youth , a " coming of age " tableau in action evoking feelings of lost youth to the older generations and a taste of things to come for the young , eager to begin their own experiences. The luck in finding a sight before me which allowed the contrast between the make and female subjects creating that feeling of sexual tension and rebellious behaviour was not lost on me and I was glad I could capture the look and level of storytelling that I was trying to achieve whilst taking an unprepared for action shot. Storytelling Action Photography.
