Back in November I was invited to Dayton Barrel Works for a tour of the distillery. I was super excited because I was meaning to check the place out since they opened. Barrel Works is an amazing place, if you haven’t check them out yet I highly recommend it and can’t wait to do more work with them.

Distiller Notes from Dayton Barrel Works:
“Rubicon Creek Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a minimum of five years and proofed down to a expressive 95 proof. The mash carries a 21% Rye which lends a delicate spiciness along with wonderful notes of cherry, hints of orange, and smooth vanilla.”
