Behind The Lens

This photo was taken in an alley behind my apartment. My girlfriend help me out with holding the beer against a neighbors gate that was covered with plants.
The photo was taken back on 12.1.2019 and I don't really remember what time of day it was. Maybe around noon, it was chilly, windy and about to rain, so we were trying get through my ideas as fast as we could.
This happened to be a semi quick shot as it was starting to rain. I just took the natural light outside with an overcast sky.
My equipment was Canon 80D, with my Tamron 16-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Lens. The shot was taken handheld at 57 mm, f/7.1, 1/125 sec, 800 ISO.
With the beer being a fermentation Saison made with local honey I kinda wanted to get with a farm theme. I tried a few ideas and didn't really like the outcome. I stayed with this pic making the beer look like it was freshly picked from off the farm.
I edited this photo in Lightroom, with a preset from Photographer/YouTuber Chris Hau and then edited down that preset to my taste. I took it into Photoshop afterwards to clean up some of the branches in the background, but kept some of the rain drops on the bottle to give it that fresh look.
In my camera bag
What I tend to carry with me in my camera bag: Canon 80D with a Tamron 16-300mm f/3.5-6.3 as well as a Canon EF 50mm f1.8 stm Lens. I have a second camera too, being a Canon M50 with a 15-45mm lens. For long exposure I keep a Vello ShutterBoss Timer Remote in my bag as well as a Moment Anamorphic lens for my iPhone. Depending on where I travel I will bring my GorillaPod 3K Tripod or a regular Tripod.
As mentioned this was one photo idea out of maybe three. It's good to have a lot of ideas for a photo, but you just got to go with your gut for the finished product and that you don't have always post all of them.
