I realize the moon is frequently the subject of photos and I debated whether I should post this or not. I decided to do it because the event that occurred on this night is of particular importance. The Winter equinox of 2020 as seen from the Utah desert led to this shot of the moon. I went out to a dark location to attempt to capture the planetary conjunction that occurred on this same night
