Where the ends overlap to make a corner. This is an old fence but the split cedar rails live on if they are kept off the damp ground. That is the subject matter,but what attracted me was the graphic design of all these ends and a theme of strength and endurance which I have emphasised by removing the pretty colour and leaving only the stark B&W. It is a theme that we all seem to need during these pandemic months.
