Close up of fast flowing water skipping across the rocks and bubbling with excitement as it travels along the River Conwy in North Wales , UK. I have often thought during my time as a Nature and Land Artist as I sat by a river or stream that water is not just Life but Water is Alive. When water moves the sounds , textures and reflections of light it creates always seems to have a big impact on the human psyche. Yet , I also think that all the elements display a form of emotional response to their movement , usage and environment as obvious as that experienced by Mankind . It is this similarity in reaction and mood to their experience of Life of the Elements to that of Humanity that causes such an emotive response in ourselves , just like reacting to a baby cry , a room of laughter or sleep filled yawn.
