I made a pre-dawn trip down to Franks Marina, on Lake Belton in Belton, Texas, to get a few sunrise pictures of the colorful boats and the cliffs surrounding this small cove. I had my camera set up on the tripod as the first rays of sunlight reached the colorful boats. The warm light of the morning sun and the rich color of the boats create some wonderful reflections on the waters of Lake Belton. The reflections of the blue sky, along with the colorful house boats give it an almost tropical feel!
