My harvest of peppers that I grew this summer. I grew 9 different types of peppers this year for my homemade hot sauce. Unfortunately one of the pepper plants (a Habañero) is taking its dear time producing, so I wasn't able to add it to the sauce or this picture. As of this posting, there's only one tiny starting of a Habañero pepper.
But the peppers pictured here, that did make it into my hot sauce are: Anaheim, Sweet Banana, Jalepeño, Red Ghost, Dragon Cayenne, Hot Cayenne, and Tobasco. The sauce turned out really good, and very hot! :)
