Behind The Lens

Location

I took it in my yard.

Time

In the afternoon.

Lighting

I just used natural light.

Equipment

This was taken with my cellphone camera.

Inspiration

Stargazer Lilies are my top favorite flower, so I took various shots of one of the blooms on one of my Stargazer plants.

Editing

No post processing was needed.

In my camera bag

I used to only have the camera on my cell phone. But now I finally have a good, more professional camera- a Nikon Coolpix B600. :)

Feedback

On this shot, I just got really close to it. But be careful when getting real close to the anthers (the center "stem" part) of the Stargazers. The anthers have an orange powder on them that is really messy if you touch it, and it will dye your skin yellow (and it doesn't come off real easy). I learned that the hard way a couple of years ago, when I got too close to one. lol
