This is the Temple of Diana in the centre of the Munich Hofgarten (Court Garden). The Hofgarten was originally constructed between 1613 and 1617 by Maximilian 1, Elector of Bavaria. The Temple of Diana was built in 1615. On the roof is a replica of a sculpture of Bavaria, created in 1623, with the original inside the main residence, which is on the right side of the garden in relation to the image. The garden was apparently badly damaged in World War II and had to be mostly reconstructed again afterwards.
