This is perfect. An excellent shot that thoughtfully represents the era in which it was first created with subtle hints of today. Color, texture and lighting are very well done.

Great photo! This is a good impression of \"Rosie the Riveter\". Congratulations on being a finalist!👏

Thanks for the weirdest comment so far. How does someone not have a face for a photo?

Location
We shot this one in a shared studio space in Alexandria, VATime
I think this was a mid-day shoot. We had a list of 4 or 5 looks our model wanted to shoot, so I think we took the block out of the middle of the day to make that happen.Lighting
We had a fairly simple set up, octobox and fill light, if memory serves.Equipment
Shot with a Canon 7D Mark II, my usual 24-105 F/4 lens. Great all around lens. And a pair of studio lights. I want to say they were Alien Bees, but I honestly don't remember.Inspiration
Well the Rosie the Riveter pose is pretty obvious. It fit with the vibe of Fallout, that 1940s/50s Americana, future culture feel.Editing
Just a bit. I adjusted the blue on the outfit and drew out some more texture and contrast, to give it a more exaggerated, comic book feel. Same with the model's hair.In my camera bag
My studio bag is usually my main camera (used to be a Canon 7D Mark II, now a Canon R6), my main walkaround lens (Canon 24-105mm F/4L), a portrait lens (usually a Canon 85mm f/1.8), and some extra batteries.Feedback
Try to fit all the elements of your shoot together. Pose, light, theme, outfit, colors. If everything can align, and work together, you've probably got yourself a solid photo.
