This was taken at the riverwalk in Shreveport, Louisiana, facing the Red River and El Dorado Casino/Hotel.Time
My husband and I were working out of town there, and took a break after work to do a little sightseeing. We were standing by the river. I saw the lights from the surrounding buildings beautifully reflected on the dark water, and I just had to get the shot!Lighting
The street lights surrounding the area behind me, and the lights on the buildings in front of me, were the only lights I needed.Equipment

The way the lights from the buildings reflected on the water, against the dark night sky, really caught my eye. I thought it was beautiful.Editing

I don't currently have the luxury of a professional camera and camera bag. I hope to someday though. For the time being, all I have are my photography skills, a good eye for seeing the potential for great pictures, and the camera on my phone.Feedback
