Lighting was natural light coming in from the kitchen.Equipment
The only equipment that was used is a Nikon D3500 with a small lens.Inspiration
Just practicing on taking a picture with the topic in focus while the background is blurred. This was the best shot I had while practicing and Willow was a willing subject.Editing

Patience. Cats can be difficult to get good pictures of since it depends on their mood. Black cats are especially difficult because of lighting, obviously cannot get good pictures in a dark room.
