This is a photo I took of the police arresting a suspect in our neighborhood recently, half a block from our home in Long Beach, California. The nature of the crime is unknown, but the suspect being shirtless and the way in which the officer's leg intersects the suspect's legs as he is being led to a patrol car added a touch of drama to this once in a lifetime scene.
