"Scarlet"
I was photographing this incredibly cooperative Scarlet Tanager this week. There was an old red-brick building way behind the tree in which the tanager was sitting. Through the foliage you could see the building. I photographed the tanager on f-6.3 and it gave this incredibly interesting background color that I just loved! Such a rare thing! Times two (cooperative bird + brick colored bokeh!). What a fun moment. This bird was a highlight of my trip! This was photographed using my Tamron SP 150-600mm F-5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 and my Canon 5d Mark IV.
