Olympus had an event at a bar called "Dig-A-Pony" in Downtown Portland, Oregon. They had Olympus digital cameras for people to try out and brought in models for everybody to shoot. This is with an Olympus Pen-F and an Olympus 60mm f2.8 lens.

Behind The Lens
Location
This photo was taken at an event sponsored by Olympus Camera, in a bar called Dig-A-Pony, in East Portland, Oregon. The local Olympus rep brought a bunch of Olympus cameras and lenses that could be borrowed to try out and a couple of models to pose for all the photographers. I wanted to try out the digital Olympus Pen-F, so I borrowed one and put my Olympus M.Zuiko 60mm f2.8 on it and took some photos.Time
It was a rainy Thursday evening around 7:30PM on February 23rd of 2017.Lighting
If I remember correctly there was a single studio light shining into a parabolic off to the side lighting the models face. There were about ten or so photographers attempting to get her attention and position her the way they wanted, so it was a bit chaotic. I believe the model was sitting on a piano bench with the light just off to her left.Equipment
Borrowed Olympus Pen-F camera and my M.Zuiko ED 60MM F2.8, handheld. That was it!Inspiration
As stated above this was an Olympus event at a local Portland, Oregon bar, so the inspiration was just to take photos of the supplied models with a borrowed camera I might be interested in acquiring. The model was posing for the assembled photographers and I was just trying to get a decent shot of her. This photo was just one of the many taken that evening that I thought was good enough to share.Editing
I do not have Photoshop or Lightroom on my computer, just the software that came from Olympus, so not much post-processing. I likely punched up the contrast and color saturation a bit, but that was all.In my camera bag
I think I tend to carry too much camera gear, but I am paranoid that I won't have what I want when I want it. I generally have with me my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II, 8mm f1.8 M.Zuiko PRO Fisheye, 7-14mm f2.8 M.Zuiko PRO Wide Angle, 12-40mm f2.8 M.Zuiko PRO Zoom, 60mm f2.8 M.Zuiko ED MSC Macro, and a 40-150mm f2.8 M.Zuiko PRO Zoom Telephoto, and now my M.Zuiko 300mm f4. I also generally carry my 40 year old Velbon aluminum tri-pod as well.Feedback
Always keep your eyes open and searching. You never know what great photo may be just around the corner or even right beside you. Never delete your photos in your camera without offloading them onto a computer with a larger screen first. Sometimes you might find a great photo within a mediocre one.
