Location
This photograph was taken in a garden next to my house. There is a small wall that was covered in moss and I had the idea of trying to make a photo that I had in mind.Time
This shot was made about 5p.m,more or less.Lighting
I used a small flashlight to illuminate laterally.Equipment
I used my Nikon D 3300 whit a 105 mm macro lens from Sigma and a Manfrotto tripod.I also used a spraygun whit water to wet the moss.Nothing more.Inspiration
What inspired me to make this photo? All of the great master’s macro work.I love photography, although I can not practice every day(I only do photography on weekends, because I work from 8a.m to 5p.m.I loved being able to take pics every day,but for while ,that’s not possible.Editing
I usually do post-production on camera,or use Affinity Photo mobile software on IPad.For This shot,I applied only a little contrast and saturation. In my camera bag
I take whit me for photographic outputs,my Nikon D3300,a Manfrotto tripod,an SB800 Nikon flash,a Sigma 70/200 f/2.8 VR sports lens, and a 150/600mm contemporary zoom lens from Sigma brand too, because I really enjoy getting pics of wildlife and nature. All in a Manfrotto Flipside 400 AW bag.Feedback
In order to get really good photos,I think we should explore the first morning light,or alternatively, shoot just before sunset. We should get up very early if we really want to take excellent shots. And,above all, practice, practice, practice.Practice leads to perfection.
