When i was park ranger in Ruckle Park i walked this path all the time, sometimes in moonlight on patrol, so it is so familiar. Photographing subjects that have meaning for oneself is a way of getting past the tourist shots we all take when travelling far away, we can feel our way into our images, find the emotional connection.
