Located in Kanarraville, Utah, which is a very small town between St. George and Cedar City. I'd guess the town size doubles every day as people come to do the Kanarra Falls hike. With a population of 311, according to Wikipedia, I'd bet I saw about that many people on the hike. It's not a long hike but very boring to start. It's just a dirt road. It slowly gets prettier along the way. I believe we went about 2-3 miles in. Once you reach the slot canyon it gets downright beautiful. I'd say it resembles Antelope Canyon, only with water........and waterfalls. There is a permit system that can be purchased online or near the parking area. While we were there Search and Rescue arrived. They had to helicopter out a lady with a broken leg. The first waterfall has a good log ladder. The second is very sketchy. Apparently, she was coming down the second ladder and fell. My wife and I decided not to go up the second ladder, but we did help several people come down it.
