One day, wandering the beautiful works of art, at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, I felt a grand thirst. I looked for the beloved fpuntains, filled with cool H2O, to save me. I found them and was humbled. I recalled Marcel Duchamp, the master of the ready made, and captured the essence of the moment. Simple, yey elegant, and much appreciated.

Behind The Lens

Location

I was visiting the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, and wad feeling artistic (I was in a museum, lol). I wanted to take a monocromatic picture to give added drama to it. I feel every part brings out the contrast and imagery of the subject, which was these drinking fountains.

Time

Early afternoon

Lighting

The fluorescent lighting was perfect in bringing out the shadows and angles of the subject.

Equipment

My phone camera

Inspiration

Being in MoMA was definetly inspiring.

Editing

I added an HDR filter and pkayed with the contrast and brightness.

In my camera bag

Just my phone
