Perhaps one of the most well-known trees in the Brecon Beacons, not because it's big in stature or even particularly pretty. It's rugged, weathered and remote and it's these things, not one element's individual beauty that make a powerful photograph. This for me epitomises the Ystradfellte - Nedd Valley region of the Brecon Beacons where you could wander for days without coming across the same thing twice.
