I came here to check out the location for the morning and I could almost believe that the loch reflects like this all the time. It doesn't. The next morning I came back, stumbled knee deep into a bog, set up my composition and waited for the little ripples to go away with a soggy and smelly leg. I waited and waited but it wasn't to be.
Nevertheless, I've got no regrets for the lost sleep. To get the reflections on my first go still makes me a lucky duck, twice would just make me a jammy sod.
